It was a good session and fruitful one.The principal made it clear to us about the responsibilities of a CFO. We understood that it's a huge task as a CFO because almost every aspect of the organization will come through finance dept , So the CFOs play a vital role in the well being of not only the finance dept but also the entire organization. Also, I understood the necessity of a relation that should exist between the CEO and CFO of the company. It was clear that a huge amount of responsibilities exist on the shoulders of a CFO.
